Update 07/04/2023: I heard back from a member of the Chess.com bug review team, reference my request for a Chess.com policy change. The reply..."I have sent your suggestion in the pipeline...as I can personally see some valid points there. I can not make any promise that it will be implemented or when though!"
At least my request was recognized to have merit for further consideration, in hopes that Forum Topics like this one will not be arbitrarily deleted at some point in the future, if the Original Poster commits a rules violation resulting in a closed account or Fair Play violation (original account closure) second chance penalty.
