I was in a Hurricane once it was coming right for me but then went to texts instead
hmm.. about the power... you can set up a dynamo... and fix a fan to it... let ti rotate in the wind.. and charge a large battery 
That makes up for the power  and umm... how do we use that.. ugh... you need to buy stuff like chargers... oh.. charge your devices.. and optimize for their best battery life..
