Bribing people to subscribe is not good for your channel. Most of your subscribers will be uninterested in your work and probably unsubscribe rather soon.
You violated both the Chess.com ToS and the Youtube ToS

Chess.com doesn't allow advertising. Read this line:
"post any comments, text, messages, or links in the forums or any public comments that contain any advertisements of any kind, including religious, political, or recruiting messages for Chess.com groups, clubs, blogs, or any other content on or off of Chess.com;"
