The finale came out tonight. Here are my thoughts on the show.
1. It's better than the movies, but anything that follows the basic storyline of the books would be.
2. The gods' casting was terrible. LIN MANUEL MIRANDA AS HERMES. NO. JUST NO. Hades looked like the villain in a kids TV show. Hephaistus WASN'T CRIPPLED. Dionysus, Posieden and Zeus, meh. I liked Ares, though.
3. Annabeth was the best character in the show. Somehow, Medusa is up there, too. Percy spent the entire time looking angry and complaining about his dad.
