Playing the victim card . A change to the common narrative

Scene 1 :

She joins chess.com a few months ago. Presumably for the first time ever . She makes a few friends. Everything's normal. She plays chess casually.

{My first guess is all of this information was collected by her boyfriend? Yes?}

It was collected just by going through her profile .

Her strength fluctuates around the 700-900 range. But now she wants to get better . Wants to get a better rating and get recognized.

{Well, if you made a thread about her, I can safely conclude that she got "recognized."}

All this , not due to their own desire to get better at the game , but due to peer pressure. To look cool among your friends with a high rating. The way forward to this would be to just start learning . Start focusing more and getting better eventually . But no . She was a smart girl . She thought out of the box. She made alt accounts with a high initial rating , and made them resign against her main account after 4 to 5 moves. The process is repeated a few times. And by now she is a 1500. How clever ?? Isn't it .

Fraud is a very generous term 

((Note : Now I want to make this clear , that I am not mad by what she did here. Being small kids , its easy to succumb to peer pressure and do wrong things under the influence. I too tried to do this two years ago. Small kids who engage in such behaviour probably need to be counseled and be made understood of whats right and whats wrong instead of being slapped with a harsh punishment. But what makes me mad , is ....well you will read it in the subsequent paras))

She herself had revealed her age . Also not to mention no adult does silly things like that.

Scene 2:

She and her handsome( I am not being sarcastic) bf are having a casual conversation. She asks her bf to gift her membership , a request which he obviously declines. To which she responds by calling him poor and pervert . Since he had become quite emotionally attached to her , he is hurt and angry . He makes a blog , exposing her clever trick to jump to 1500 in no time. (This was obviously wrong on his part , since public shaming isn't allowed. But he deleted the post later) .

{This is the second clue revealing that this woman is a FRAUD. She "bribed" someone into gifting her a membership.}

Scene 3 :

She is now mad at her bf . She again demands a membership , else he gets blocked. According to her she did nothing wrong. Its her bf who did all the wrong stuff. He tried to malign the image of an innocent girl who was just here to play chess.

And now she is going to close her account because she was hurt . (This is the part which annoys me the most. Classic Victim Card Play) . She puts on a status "Closed , because someone hurt me". Closes her account. 

Scene 4:

Its her brother now . Who makes the entry. (Not sure if it was her brother or herself. But I will give the benefit of doubt , since this account was created 22 days ago and looked normal).

Blabbers some nonsense in his own language on @adam_peaty 's notes. Hurls abuses at him and at me. Calls us shameless and what not .

The curtains drop end of the story. 

So that was the story , that shows how these kids start playing the victim card. Also if you wonder why I am posting all this . First reason : these kids go unchecked and never get punished. Or get punished in a proportionately low amount compared to the adults. Second reason : I have seen countless cases where a dumb kid violates the rules multiple times and gets away with it. But a big guy doing the same thing gets slapped with a mute . Third reason : There's this very common narrative , that the kids here on this site are innocent. And its all the creepy adults who are abusers , and these kids need to be protected. Of course there is some truth to it . But this narrative overshadows everything else. These kids get away since most of the adults have no time , or dont really care to report them if they do any mischief. But they will spam reports on a person just for a personal grudge and ruin the mood of the entire community. 

Basically I want these kids to be held accountable for their actions as well.

That's true . I am not worried about us being done any harm by these clowns . We know how to deal with them. My only point is these people aren't punished often
