Wether you learn something worthwhile, is entirely up to the pupils. The lessons are their , if you choose to ignore them you’ll end up as a loser . 🙀
That is if your teacher acts like a Teacher and shows the interest each of the students need, or, because of them not caring to teach properly, those students are unfairly taught, students having no interest to learn because they have improper taught teachers, and is why there’s this kind of thread.
School is not the foundation of your future. Education is. If you are homeschooled but receive an excellent education then you can progress to a good future. If you go to school but receive a terrible education than you cannot. Abraham Lincoln did not have much formal schooling but he wanted to learn, so he educated himself. He then became the President of the United States.

Ideally it is an amazing opportunity to prepare for life. But! Actually schools no longer put kids first. Kids are pressured to get high grades, not for their futures but for the schools to get a higher league table position.
