Giri said something about the organizers asking what chair they preferred (you'll notice they're not all the same chair) and the organizers got the chairs of their choice. He got an Ikea one. You'd have to email the organizers and ask where they got the chair for Ian.
Edit: the tournament is in Yekaterinburg Russia so I'm sure all of them are furniture stores there or near there. They're not gonna have any chairs shipped, I'm sure. I wouldn't think so anyway.
