Don't overthink something intended as silly. Furthermore, "space" is typically thought of as anything outside of Earth's atmosphere - so informally it would included everything except Earth. If you wanted to examine on a more macro-level as you are, then yes, Earth "floats" (for lack of a better term) in space, so sure I guess on a macro-perspective, the Earth is also "Space" then.
