By far, most gender dysphoric/trans people have a biological sex. I’d just refer to them with the pronouns of their biological sex.

i’m pretty neutral to them but it would be interesting to see other people’s opinions

definition for confused people: neopronouns are singular (normally gender neutral) pronouns other than he/she that some people use because it fits their gender identity more
some examples are ze/zer, ze/hir, and xe/xem
singular they/them isn’t necessarily a neopronoun, especially since most people use it subconsciously anyways
it’s also important to know that the first neopronoun was introduced 1789 so they’ve been around for a while despite the etymology of the word
