I'm just wondering.

I mean is it more rewarding to win? Or to enjoy being creative? Is it about expressing ourselves? How to be happy playing chess?

I used to try to win but lately I'm so defensive I'm bored stupid.

I know. I get all that talk stuff. I'm talking about the game itself.

I don't know that it is on topic really. I'm not asking how to be good at chess, I'm asking how to enjoy it.

What's the best approach to get the most satisfaction?

Should I try to win or maybe just attack or what?

I want to have fun. How best to enjoy it?
