@Jaime, your latest avatar has a big snake moving between your legs ??

Wonderful provocation, don't you think ?

I'm starting to suspect you're actually a guy.

I guess people see what they want to see.  The avatar is one of a warrior woman straddling an upturned dragon she just killed.  Notice the spindly little arms.

My friend, Jamie KR, made it and added the Carmen Miranda headdress to the image.  I find it both exotic and representative of women's natural inner strength.

You could confuse a lot of people now and call yourself Zena Miranda, or Carmen Zena, or  Zarmen Caranda

Jamie;  Benzodiazeprine has a thread that's weird. Could be the stalker guy in disquise.    Also,  there's some kind of app that parents put on the're kids phone to protect them from sexual predators. There's gotta be an equivalent for web sites.

Consider using a picture of Wonder Woman, but please leave the snakes at home.

"Warrior Women" are red meat for this thread.  Everyone, including you, knows that.

And, the thread filled up with salacious pictures, did it not ?  QED.

Kronsteeen

You are sure full of it today. The omg omg salacious pics had to do with nothing about you and your "revelationary" insight with parallels to snakes and legs. Nor your fantasies about warrior women.

Returnofcookiemonster

Who would stalk you i really dont know what you look like, even its a pic of some sexy warrior women.

I remember trysts posting one time, "*shivers* locks door". It was after pdela said,"I may be in your neck of the woods next week". At the time I felt it was a toyful exchange. She made great posts. It seemed like good abbot and costello humor. Pdela as a broken english Bud Abbot. And Trysts as a kind of dry punchlined Lou Costello.

Feufollet

Online personas are not real.

We're all entertainers here - projecting our theatre...

Best thing to do is enjoy the entertainment...expectations of anything here spilling into real life? Well, I can see how a girl would -- "*shivers* locks door".

Feufollet

Here's how some of the exchanges that go on here

Just like Abbott and Costello as you say, Kronsteen..

I think the whole point of this thread is to not have perverts bothering anybody, anytime, male or female. A previous member had unwanted pictures sent to her of private parts. With 10 million members, maybe this should be addressed in the near future. Chess.com doesn't want a reputation for hiding those perverts.

Feufollet

Did the guy get banned thereafter?

Only way a girl would be safe from that kind of behaviour is not to let them know she's female and use a male avatar.

You can also only accept messages from people in your friend list.

Feufollet

True. There's a solution.

winerkleiner

If the male members here would treat the females members here like they treat their sister, then all would be cool.

Feufollet

well, do you really think women want men to treat them like they were sisters?...

Kronsteeen

You are both exactly half right and half wrong.

The families I know that were all boys with no sisters always seek out subservient mousy women with zero will of their own. The boys in families with sisters end up working on cars and broken furnaces for a date.

Kronsteeen

Then there is always the fickle factor to consider.

Classic! Thanks for that BL. Right up there with who is on first. Definitely how off topic exchanges go ahead.
