A "Quest" brand cookie -- Birthday Cake flavor -- and a cup of hot coffee are my treats for chess time.
I prefer not to get my pieces dirty lol. When I play, i am 100% in the game

I like American Doritos Nacho Cheese flavor tortilla chips, but they aren't always available where I live. There's a local brand of ice cream that I quite fancy and I keep that plus a glass of cold water next to my game while I play. These things mute my game-related nervousness, somewhat. 🍨
