Desperate in my case is very much an exaggeration, but I would like to see my points rise.
Not because points have any sort of intrinsic value, but only because it means my play has improved.

Example: @josephyossi and @140013896 (how does he expect us to remember his username) are both desperate for points. Look at 1400's notes. They have a race to 10k points. WHY?
