WTH do we have to wear masks still??

Covid isn’t over it still exists and people still get it and die from it but the pandemic is over because there are no longer as many cases as there used to be as well as the fact that treatment, vaccines and newer, better COVID tests have been developed.
I just use a fursuit, nobody can tell I'm not wearing a mask then.
I hate those 1 use plastic masks
