I'm not an expert on Atomic chess so it's hard for me to tell what the problem might be but I recommend submitting a bug report and this should be fixed so future games don't face such an issue!

as long as the kings are connected no king can be captured, so it was already forced draw which you probably know i guess. Now if i can ask a question which idk how to create a post, why does checkmate win against check, since on the next move you take his king and he has no next move after
