Better Advertisement Moderation; website in concern - brainable.com

Problem:
A problem that I was looking through, is this FAKE scam. It pop's up as an advertisement, and claims it's an IQ Test.
The website I am talking about: brainable.com
It's a fake website which charges you money if you enter your email address.
A person could easily click on the advertisement, and give their email address. I tested the website out, and gave a fake email. It explains why it needs money, but it's a total scam.

Solution:
We can easily fix this problem, by personalizing advertisements, or reducing the amount of advertisements. On the average page, there is 3 advertisements if you have not removed advertisements. Maybe moderate ads a bit better, I guess?
