Chess.com just closed my sisters account for no reason at all! Why would they do that?

If you look at the profile it will gone a general reason with a link to a support article that will provide the types of things that can result in the closure.

btw, I never said anything about this afterward but it was because she had multiple accounts without asking. Her account was reopened and everythings fine now. Thanks!
