Just click the large, green "download" button and the pgn should download. Honestly, I prefer to just copy the pgn and paste it into a Word document, but that is just me. If clicking the green button doesn't do anything, then it is probably a chess.com bug/glitch and you can message chess.com support about it under the chess.com "Help" menu at the bottom of the sidebar (Play, Puzzle, Learn etc. list, it is at the very bottom)

I've been trying to add a DownloadPGN button to my site.
How does that Download button work? I've been beating my head against this for like 12 hours it's ridiculous! Can anybody help a poor hobby programmer out?
