Focus mode suggestion

I enjoy focus mode for playing rapid, as I don't have to see my opponent's rating. For me, I turned it on because seeing a high rating next to my opponent's name intimidated me. However, seeing a title can often have the same effect, which focus mode still shows. Is there any way I can turn titles off? (If not I am suggesting this as something that could be helpful)
