how to convert from gold membership to platinum

few days ago i applied for the gold membership but now i wish i had platinum, is there any way to switch to the platinum membership without wasting my money i spent on gold membership?
Just go to the membership page and upgrade. They'll give you credit for your gold.

Looks like you're doing n the app. The upgrade path where it credits your account only works from original purchases on the website I think.

Simply go for platinum/diamond it will do the math and discount it for you.
I also purchased gold in September 2023 and switched to Diamond in February 2024. I got like £25 discount and my diamond membership expires in February next year. Seems fair
