You would have to implement a Page where to define the filter. Then you would apply the filter on the users. But also you would need to check each of the users if he has a filter on your flag. Even more complicated if more than 2 people are involved (league, ...)

what if some player could bypass ur restrictions by just changing the flag? Like India to Greece or some other European country?

Yeah, u can. Click the "PLay" button at the bottom, it will take u to a page where u can start a game. Select Custom Game. Adjust ur rating range and other parameters, and u r good to go!

Do you mean archive games or playing games? Archive can’t be filtered and playing, only by rating.

Filtering by flag would be bad. Normal platters in some countries would just get less games. And, they could change their flag to another country!

I would consider it a bigger benefit if chess.com would filter out users that want to discriminate at the login prompt.
