My internet connection just got offline for one minute because I am living in a backwards country such as Turkey but what is this thing? Just look at this game: https://www.chess.com/game/live/168626301986 I am clearly winning this game and "system" considers me "abondoned" the game! I demand to take my points back and play the game from the same situation(time, position, etc.) I turned back as soon as my internet came back. This is insanity. No wonder people choose Lichess over this slop.

Well giving up games to players in clear losing positions looks like a great policy for a site that advertises, differentiates itself as a teaching site! What a joke.

A 10|0 game has a 1 minute disconnect timer.

The site doesn’t give rating refunds for connection issues, unless it’s a site wide issue. There’s also no way to reinstate a live game to play it to completion.
