Why is there no option to cancel automatic renewal

There seems to be no option to opt out of automatic renewal.

on top of this my membership was renewed with an expired cc 

any answers?

You can cancel auto-renewal.

If you were charged and want a refund, you should contact support directly.

That said; you don't have a premium icon so it may not have went through.

Have you been to that link lately?

two days ago I spent 3 hours min. Trying to find anything 

look deeper and you will find it is not an option.

 

as for no premium icon after my name is because I was set to renew end of April and after minimum of 4 emails back and forth poof they took it off. With no explanation.

star came back but still waiting to find out about renewal.  I don’t think I’m the only one that is concerned about having my credit card charged without having a choice.

i like playing on this site I feel it could be more transparent.
