I didnt have to write to them. They sent me a permanent note of "We notice you are using an ad blocker. Please consider supporting Chess.com by upgrading your account. Thanks!"
Obviously, allowing malicious attacks through their advertising ads is OK with them....to the point of where I cant even see chess.com because the website tab changes to the malicious website.
If you cant play games due to the lag of them loading in a trillion bytes of video ads, then buy a membership. If you want to see your account more than 60 secs, then buy a membership.

You should really write to support@chess.com. CEO Erik has announced in the past that they will remove malicious ads. It would help if you include a screenshot of the ad.
