How do I turn off "Keep Screen On"

I found that when the Chess app is open on my Android phone (playing a game of chess), the screen stays permanently on. This can drain the battery and cause "burn-in" if the screen is Amoled. Sometimes I leave my phone on the table or keep it in my pocket while playing, and I expect the screen to turn off after the set time in the display settings. in iOS version, the screen turns off after sometime, but not in the Android version Why?

Sorry to bump this up. But can I contact the Chess.com app developers regarding this?

At least the screen should turn off while playing the computer only in the Chess.com Android App. Same for the iOS app too.
