I have been noticing for last couple of days that I am not awarded winning points but when ever I loose a game my points are promptly reduced. Is it programme malfunctioning or it is reprisal for my refusing to upgrade inspite of persistant to do so? please look into it. It smacks of bias aginst the player .The example is my last game, three games yesterday andone game a day before. If you can't run it properly shut it.Do not spoil the reputation of the game.

Learn how to read what type of game you play. I looked at two of your wins that had no rating change, and they were both unrated games. That means either you set it that way when you issued a challenge, or you accepted a challenge that was unrated without noticing. You can always see if a game is going to be unrated before you start it if you bother to look.

If you can't run it properly shut it.Do not spoil the reputation of the game.

If you can't read the parameters properly, don't play. Do not spoil the reputation of the site.
