I don't think that's the point. There are many children who use this site, and this is just one more video game ad glorifying violence.
There should be a button under the ad to report it.
If this is a chess site, then there should be no politics (Politics belongs to the Devils, chess to the Gods)
The mods at chessdotcom have exhibited poor tast and quality for as long as I've been here. They ban people for saying things similar yet they put adds up endorsing the shooting of others. hypocrites and mediocre hacks if you ask me.

Chess.com doesn't choose the ads that go up; it's all done through Google ads. If you don't think a specific ad is a appropriate, you can report it.

I think Bobby had his fillings pulled out not because of the CIA transmisssions but because of the offensive ads in-between them.

My view on things is unique ... take for instance ... every where I go people always say 'Have a nice day' ... 'Have a great day' ... 'Have a blessed day' .. and the ultimate ... 'Have a fantastic day.' Lets say one is capable of pulling off a fantastic day. Cruising down the boulevard ... nice beverage ... AC working ... tunes just right ... and a wheel falls off. *(';')* Where do you go? Directly to bad day ... what a jolt. So I asked me ... 'Why is everyone so interested in my day?'
I had better take a look at my day ... Guess what ... just give me a medium day ... that way if I hit the lotto ... no coronary ... and if a wheel falls off ... I can deal with it.
