Surprisingly, I actually read that whole post. Unfortunately, that didn't really help the whole sense-making issue. In fact, I think it made it worse.

the private chat,if u recieve a friend request,u c the details of the person,a challenge u c the persons details but when asked to chat u click on his name nothing comes up not even the country,as a account holder u should have preferences.this would make it easier,therfore all account holders should have this benefit,as u say this site is free,although u get asked to jion,u pay for certain services,yes to help u on your game,but your criteria about being new they say,if u dont like it we return your money,no we should be helped and we should help to make it a better site,
firstly a new memeber should be given a run a round on the site how all things work,
if i have a problem as a account holder who gets better benefits than others,it should be treated that way.if i need a staff memeber there should be a colum just below the main hall who is on duty,tag them,a tab comes up problem on there post.put your problem forward and this shows up they forward this to the desk,the moment the desk gets it,they tag u,for ex,thank u for participating we will attend your problem shortly,they solve it,send u a return and the helper,when u recieve a note a little beacon should flash by u u tag it and up pops your ans,is this possiable.
im new here but i do a lot of research to computer problems at large companys and then resolve them accordingly.im willing to help for more suggestions all all topics,the staff,the game,the resicnation,the help desk,theres even a way to change your boeard if u click on it it can change your board to a 3d meathod,so u can c your opppnets game from his side and above change it as u wish its up to chess,com
