Trying to submit a ticket....

Hello. I was trying to submit a ticket, but the link I found brings me to a 404 page. =\ So I hope this is okay that I post it here in the forum, in the hopes of catching the eye of someone who may be able to help me out.

The facebook account that was tied with this account is no longer active. My current facebook is

, but when I try to sign in with that facebook account (instead of using my chess.com user name and password), it says Member Account Closed. Any help in with this issue would be GREATLY appreciated. It may have stemmed from an account I had opened YEARS ago when I first started playing on chess.com, but before I had a paid membership. =\

You're welcome. They're really doing a great job at hiding that stuff from their users...

I noticed. And they were very adamant about checking the FAQ. I did a search just for the keyword "facebook" and didn't get any results that were relevant. so...

Found what I was looking for with the email change. I just overlooked it. 

Ugh, and then I see that if I had of looked in the right forum, I would have found the sticky explaining exactly that. *bows head in shame*
