Your browser should give you the option to open the PGN, instead of saving to disc. This is not exactly what you want but, depending on your application, it could amount to the same.

Yeah just a 'copy pgn to clipboard' button would be an improvement, lots of chess programs offer this.
You Can Open pgn Type File In Notepad .
Then Ctrl + A & Ctrl + C.
Now Open Fritz and then Click On 'Paste Game' (On The Upper Left Corner) !! !! That's very easy
