This is a fast paced tournament with a narrow range of ratings, so everyone who joins will have a good chance of winning. I've limited it to 24 players so it will hopefully fill up and start quickly.
This will be three rounds, groups of six players, where the top three advance. With the narrow rating range, most of the games will matter as half of the group will get to advance to the next round.
