Dont compare these ratings to real life, your prob rated 100 USCF so 2700 more to go.. but i doubt you will break the 200 barrier.. your mental capacity is really low.
Are there openings beginners should stick to?
I disagree... With practice + time they can achieve any rating they want IMO.

What beginners do in the opening is completely unimportant. What you need to focus on is eliminating blunders. Beginners typically make many blunders in every game. When you have learned to play "safe chess" (using Heisman's language) then it would make sense to be more careful in your opening choice.

Is your online rating under 850? If it is, go to Play, then Tournaments, then search for Under 850s.
