Pawn Promotion?
Congrats to Firefalcon, your answer is correct.. most players would almost automatically promote to queen and of course lose the game.
Ba4 would check the king, but then you would lose the pawn promotion and of course lose the game. But nice try, keep in mind the old-old saying "look for a good move, then look for a better move"
Sorry Andy, you should never lose on time because you look for a better move. It only takes a few minutes to look at your opponents move and his next possibilities, then a few to see your moves and possibilities. So even if your playing live chess with a 10 minute clock, you actually have your 10 minutes and also whatever time your opponent takes to make his move, which could actually be approx 15-18 minutes. Keep in mind when playing on-line the least you have is 24 hours + your opponents time.

As the board is set, there is no white win,bb4,kb6,p whatever,Qx whatever,bxQ.....b/k vs.two n.s/r-----if white promotes,Qx?. I have good white move ,resign.
eddy, look again. After white pd8 promotes to knight forks king & queen, check. black king moves, kd8xQ, rh8 is cornered (no pun intended) kxrh8, etc. With white having a complete advantage (bishop, rook, 2 pawns) to blacks ( 2 pawns & knight) pawn on h7 under attack. White king advances and captures blacks pawns, White wins the game.
