You said it was not a stalemate. Care to explain?
The position (White to move) is clearly a stalemate because White has no legal moves, AND he is not in check.
The pawn can't move since it's blocked behind the king.
The rook can't move since it's pinned by the black queen.
The king can't move or else it would be in check.
Case closed.

Do these types of threads ever have the OP come back and apologise to the site designers and programmers they insulted based on a stalemate oversight they made.
