Alternative Websites for chess.com Premium
Chess.com has a lot of features reserved for premium members. It can be annoying sometimes to realize you've used up your free game review for today, or used up your 3 puzzles. This blog will talk about some websites that can be alternatives (not complete substitutes, as the websites aren't as good) for some chess.com premium features.
Game Review:
There is this website called wintrchess.com, which is a free chess.com game review, and can even classify moves that you make yourselfs, and can analyse some lines! This website was made by the youtuber wintrcat, and you should join his discord, as well as his chess.com club (called Wintrchess).
Insights:
Chess.com has this premium feature called insights, this is reserved for premium members, and basically gives some stats, and other stuff. There is this website called chessmoniter.com, which is a substitute for the insights. You first have to connect your chess.com (or lichess, or PGN database) account, and upload your games. This shows your favourite openings, win rate, and even estimated elo!
Puzzles:
We have been there, only being able to do 3 puzzles a day is annoying, but there are multiple websites that also have puzzles. I would recommend lichess.org or chesspuzzle.net. There is also this website called Puzzlik, which takes your chess.com games, and gives puzzles based on the positions in them. The only problem with puzzlik is that it is paid or something.
These are all nice websites to substitute the premium features, also, keep in mind, I would still prefer to use the chess.com versions, but if you don't want to pay for chess.com premium, these are nice ones to use.
