Has anyone else noticed really slow performance in the app? Using chess.com in my browser on my phone works significantly faster than the app.

I have lost a lot of notifications because the app doesn't show you the notifications from clubs. It just shows if you need to move.

I am a gold member, and I am beyond the beginner lessons. For some reason, it lets me do more than 3 lessons...
The Android app does not offer the ability to read Blogs, and most importantly, the Android app does not offer the ability to read the chesscom's Official Blog posts. I submitted an app feedback ticket for this, hopefully others will do the same so that we can perhaps get Blogs added to the app.

I guess it's a bug, not a feature. Happened to me twice in a row now: 1. I'm playing a rapid Arena on my phone, android app. 2. I search for next game in Arena. Due to my rating, it takes a while to find an opponent. 3. I switch to another app on my phone, e.g. messenger message popping up. 4. I go back to chess.com app. Instead of seeing a new game started or my search cancelled, the app is now frozen, I cannot cancel the search or start a new game. 5. I have to force-close the app. In the meantime, I see in my archive that a game was started for me, it was abandoned in 1 move, and I lost rating points. Tl;dr - switching to another mobile app while searching for an Arena game causes an abandon loss.

When I follow the link to an upcoming tournament, e.g. in one of my clubs, I see in the android app the same 3 tabs "standings", "games" and "chat" as on the web site, but the first one is empty, while I see there, on the web site, the list of registered participants. It's annoying and a usability problem not to see the registered participants.

Hi, One feature that I'm missing in the Android app is the possibility of setting up conditional moves. I often know a set of forced moves and it really speeds up a correspondence game if I set these as conditional moves. However, to do this I have to wail until I get to my computer to do it. Please add conditional moves to the Android app, thanks. Dom
As the title says: On the android app, when I go to Profile, the "Recent Games" section is "flooded" by a dozen of very old games against one bot ("Antonio Bot") which seem like "pinned" to the top of the list ; also, when I click on the section to list all, these come first in the list, before all other (more recent) completed games (as well against bots as humans). It does not happen on the web site. (I can supply screenshots if useful.) How can I get rid of this?

In case, if there is a plan to add them, which I believe is, then can we get the rough date. If there is no plan to add multiple premove, because there was forum such earlier as well, then is it so? Players who has similar net speed does multiple premove in the last which causes our premoves to lag. It can be easily counter by our multiple premoves.
Looking at my daily game on both devices at the same time, I have 4 hours left on the computer and 2 hours left in the android app: Here are 2 screen captures, one taken on the computer, one on the smartphone, both at the same real time 14:44 (see time displayed on bottom right (desktop) resp. top left on the smartphone: Here (above) it says "4 hours" left, below, "2 hours" left: The "time shift" depends on the game. Most often there is no difference, but frequently there is at least 1 hours of difference. (I don't know whether it's related, but in the reminder emails ("Hurry up..."), the announced time is also always shorter by 1 hour or more. (Maybe a feature?) It also puts me in vacation mode "because only 30 minutes left" when there are still 2 hours left. I signalled that bug separately.)
In app complet games is 598, but in web is 601 !Now you notice.

First of all, I apologize if this isn't the right place to say my concerns I want to bring the clubs topic up as a suggestion to see directly on the app. Nowadays, I am admin of a club and sometimes we have the problem that a lot of people don't see the last comments because they are used to using the app. I know the site is web responsive and we can use it perfectly in a little screen using a smartphone but I think that it isn't people is used to doing this days. They just open the app. So, I would like to have an native option to see and interact with the clubs Thank you, opinions?

Newly introduced endgame challenge is not working fine on app. When click start no count down timer there. Also pieces not able to move swiftly like in browser creates a lag thus need to redo moves several times which wastes time.

Missing share position FEN and game PGN option in analyze mode. Due to this we not able to transfer the specific position either from the game or from puzzles. Please consider adding FEN and PGN option like in chess.com site.

On my android phone, when time display switches to the "0:09.9" format, I see only "0:..." when playing on my smartphone -- not very helpful!: Also, I don't get any sound when time goes low (at least when I play 3|0 as I just did) -- shouldn't there be some "dong dong dong" when time is very low? Didn't find anything like that in my settings, there's just "sound: on or off". (And of course I have it on, I hear the "clack ; clack ; ..." for the moves, but no "dong dong dong (?)" when time runs out.)
