"It is not a new bug. I wasn't getting puzzles in puzzle rush. I even scored 11 or 10 puzzles but in the history it shows 9. Happened around 11:56 PM (IST = GMT + 05:30). Current time is 11:58 PM. Date is 7 July according to IST." This text was copied from the beta club.

Hi! I am vidyutganesh. I am in such a case where I have fulfilled the necessary requirements to get 2 awards (buddy system, tv guide) but I have not got it. Why? Can anyone help me out?

Looks like both apps are having an issue with ChessTV. v4.1.4-21996    

Dear all, I have been using Chess.com app for android for a year or two. I found some occasional bugs here and there, but the app was reasonably good. I got the latest update via Android market a few days ago and tried the new Live chess feature. The feature is nice! but (a huge "but") the app is now full of bugs everywhere! And by "everywhere" I mean "not only in the live chess feature". Forced closes (almost every time I open the app!), wrong displaying of the board (normally after analysis board is closed), and other minor bugs I can not list... Although I assume a lot of effort is being done to make this app, I think that bugs need to be fixed as soon as possible. At this moment, I think the app is not decent enough to be published in the market (it feels like no more than a Beta release) and misrepresents average Chess.com seriousness level. This is kind of a hard one to get happen, but on puzzle attempts, if you move too quickly it will count the move as incorrect even when the right move is made. Looks like it may be a race condition.   I believe this mostly happens on multi-move tactics, since I don't normally try to move on the first one until I have a chance to look over the puzzle, so I guess it is possible it could happen on move 1.   That said, it feels like a race condition and the later move gets accepted before the code moves to that and ends up comparing it to the previous correct move.   For example, in a three move puzzle, move 1 and 2 are correct but if move 3 is made too quickly, that move is checked against the answer for move 2; I can't say that is what is happening, but it seems like that may be the case.   I've had it happen on multiple versions and occasions and am pretty confident that I was making the correct moves when it happens.   App 4.0.0-21789v4.1.2-21910 Pixel 3 Android 10

A new function "Pass and Play" offers you the chance to play an offline game using your Android app. The board automatically flips. That function can be disabled. You can set a time control or play without one. You can play standard chess or chess960 and you can play out custom positions. It looks good. My only suggestion is to include a take back option, since it is used for Unrated play and there will invariably be opportunities to use it.

When a friend request notification is received, clicking accept would take me to my friends list. I think it will be better if nothing happens after clicking accept (or decline). Because sometimes, I am on another app, and I would prefer to respond to the notification immediately then get back to the other app instead of going straight to my friends list on Chess.com. Just a suggestion! (Android 9 / v 4.0.5)

Hello. Thanks to the developers for making this app and putting continuous efforts into improving it. However, there are a few issues I had been facing since early March with the revamped version. For Daily Games, the dragging of pieces has become more difficult as the slider to move from one game to another is now easily triggered. So when I try to drag a piece the whole board moves as well which didn't happen in the earlier version before the revamp. For Live Games, the post-match popup featuring the new game and rematch buttons makes responding to rematch requests difficult. The rematch request now appears at the top part behind the popup. So, to respond to the rematch, I would have to close the popup, which is inconvenient as I did not have to do that in the pre-revamp version. (I wrote this before a new update that seemed to have fixed the issue of clicking the button but still the popup itself is a little annoying and it would be great if the rematch request appears on top of the popup.) In the past few days, my Live game connection keeps getting disrupted and the timer takes away 5-10 seconds irregularly. It might be something to do with connectivity but my internet connection is fast as normal so I think it's something with the app. In this thread around 52 days ago, @Milan agreed to change the way the draw request appears on the app. It does not seem to have changed because the draw request still hides opponent info.

When I open the app, "invalid login token supplied" pops up on the screen for a second and then disappears. I assume this means something like I have the wrong password stored but nothing else happens. The app appeared to function until I tried to play a game when the message "No network" popped up.

I've seen a few posts in the forums with a problem choosing the final brown board in the Custom Theme setup. If you select it, it just loads a green board; maybe the default one. It will show in the theme page the correct board, just not elsewhere. I've updated to v 4.0.3-11807 on Android Pixel 3 and the issue persists. Hello Kindly add back the option which views pieces on board in custom theme settings which shows how they look like in board. We only get to know while we play a game. And the names are also missing like Alpha Or classic? In case the names are not that important anymore then it's fine but to see how pieces will look on board is must so that we can use to our comfort easily.

When I tried to run an analysis today, I only get an "Oops".

I see the new app has Puzzle Rush included. However, I can't find Puzzle Battle. Just well hidden, or doesn't exist in the app?

When the draw request shows up, the opponent's info goes missing. It will be great if this does not happen because looking at the opponent's score helps me determine if I want to accept the draw.

Is the new Android app out of beta yet?

I now have over 300 notifications piled up in my Android app with no way to get rid of them. Every time a new notification comes in (even though I have them blocked on my phone) it sounds like distant rifle fire because a bunch of the little clicks are all jammed in there at once.Other than this problem, I really like the beta app. Please get this corrected.Also, I do have the latest update to the beta app, I just downloaded it a few minutes ago.
