Am I the only one experiencing this? I put a game through the game report. It will "analyze" 10-15% of it, then completely freeze. Can this be fixed?
I know it's not my internet. It's working fine!

Hello (Thanks for helping me with the other topic )
Anyway i was playing a bit of 4 player chess today when i came along a cheater! I took a couple photos of the scene of the crime and went to report him When i noticed that their was no way of inserting images to show the crime!
Not wanting to disturb any staff member i chose to bring it here were maybe hopefully hope that you add a image option!
Also while we are at it here are the crime photos

And then swearing for checkmating him and not wanting to cheat with him i didnt want to shout the person out but every time i report someone without evidence it dosent seem to take action so please have insert options so we can more quickly and more efficantly eliminate all these bad people from chess.com

I was taking a look at some master games, and started getting this error banner at the top of the frame
when I try to open an analysis board, I get "you can't analyze a game with no moves"

Using Windows 10, firefox browser, I click on the icon, entered my ticket about the Icon for Inviting new members under Manage Club. I typed it up but the send button does nothing.

I have a suggestion: Can there be an option to make a club that the public cannot see, and people can only find out about it if they are invited?
Or, make an option that prevents people that aren't in the club to see the members in the club. That works too.

Recently I've been having conversations with some other members of chess.com for like 2 hours straight, and sometimes we both say things at the same time (Which can be a little hilarious and awkward at the same time) Another program I use is an app called Discord (Not a Sponsor), which is basically the same as the chess.com messaging system except it tells you when someone else is typing and the letter automatically pops up on your screen. This is way more convenient than chess.com's message system, where I have to click the top left corner of my screen every time I want to read a message. I'm just saying that it would be nice if chess.com had an automatic messaging system (This is longer than my 1st grade palm tree essay LOL) Thanks

So on google chrome, and this has been happening for a while(past week), there are three things that don't seem right.
#1: The arrows which show where a piece has moved is moved to the point where it is unclear or not even correct.
#2: The piece evaluation(+3 for black, +1 for white, white has a knight, etc...) is on the board.
#3: The photo image for each player is on the board.

Beta Bug Report
Overview: I want to cancel the match but there is no button to cancel. There used to be a button under the organizers name.
Environment: Windows 10, Laptop, Firefox browser.
Steps to Reproduce: I have attempted to submit a help/support ticket multiple times about this but it won't send.
Result: Match sits with no members joining...opposing team has 2 members waiting to play...
Expected Result: All matches should have a cancel button available to SA/Admins until the match has been locked/started by the organizing admins.

I was looking through team matches for "La belle france" that were about to finish since if the club gets 17 more points we will be #17 on the leaderboard. I looked for the last remaining game in the match but couldn't find it. Then I realized that only 1 game had been played. board 6 just 1 game.
Can this be fixed? This match started 1.5 years ago and should have ended quite a while ago

Right now, we have Admins and Super Admins, but (especially for big Clubs) we are introducing a new role into the Club management landscape: Coordinator. This role will have a sub-set of the abilities that an Admin has currently, and we're looking for your feedback on where to draw the line.
The relevant part of the Club Admin menu looks like this:
(Remember that Manage Members includes Promote, Kick Out, Ban, and Mute - some/all/none of which could be available to Coordinators.)
For instance, can Coordinators do everything except add or remove Club members?

I did puzzle #653064
The target time is 1:03. I solved it in 54 seconds, but got a 97% speed bonus instead of 100%
The tooltip says that a player of that rating should solve it within the target time in order to get 100%. I solved it faster and am way below the rating.
Unrelated, but this one's been bugging me. https://www.chess.com/puzzles/problem/110297/practiceIt was in a puzzle rush rated 1140. To play the last move you'd have to see that it leads to a forced mate in 6 because if at any point black's king can escape checks, it's checkmate, so that seems quite steep for a 1140 rated puzzle on puzzle rush when the others of that rating are hanging pieces or mate in one or two.

UPDATE: I downloaded the mobile app on my phone and you can view messages from there but still not working on PC

I was playing the following game, https://www.chess.com/live#g=3748655127
when my opponent stopped [playing, like too many on here, when his position became lost. After the normal time, I had the message that the game would, "Auto ????", in three minutes and the timer appeared. However, once the timer counted down the three minutes, it disappeared and I had to wait the full twenty minutes for my opponent's clock to run out.
Is that just a one-off or a bug?
