Hello, Firstly, let me thank you for creating Top Match Players page! It's very helpful for admins It will be nice if you go further and provide more information on this page. 1. You could add games lost on time: Won / Lost (On time) / Draw 121 / 92 (17) / 39 Or: Won / Lost (Timeouts) / Draw 121 / 92 (17) / 39 2. It would be great if an admin could filter Top Match Players list by wins, defeats, draws, timeouts and number of games. At the moment the list is filtered only by points. 3. Also, it would be great(!) if an admin could click on any player from this list and get provided with all match games this player played for this group/club. And in the following match games list page an admin could filter the list of games by wins, defeats, timeouts, draws. Because at the moment, when an admin needs to find out when a certain player played team matches, he has to go through all player's team games and it takes ages if that player plays many team games for many teams. Is there any possibility to add timeouts for all time in player's Stats page? Here is a situation: A player wants to join a club. He has 500 daily chess games finished and 0% of timeouts because he didn't lose any of his games on time in the last three months. In fact, he didn't finish any of his games in the last three months. But it turns out to be that 30% of all his daily games were lost on time. Unfortunately, you don't suspect he has issues with time discipline as you cannot see that in his Stats page.

Awkward positioning of commentary in Tactics Training: Then, in an attempt to see if the positioning was related to my browser window size, I attempted to re-size my window. In doing so, I lost my 'theme' and everything went white (and I can't get my theme back): White-out (no theme)

I would love to have the possibility to blacklist players in Live Chess. There are some players I don't want to encounter more than once. And blocking doesn't work in this case.

Please v3 show for less than $1000 coding to allow groups putting out the invite to chess matches to insert from a table (1100-1200/1200-1300/etc. what ranking instead of just rated game! Very frustrating wasting time and effort discovering not right level to join. Chess.com rocks and best so always improve to remain #1 thanks!

There must be a way to block (ban) groups from sending annoying team match challenges. Some teams are overdoing it with sending countless team match challenges.

There must be an option to turn off the annoying ChessTV alert in Settings > Alerts and Email. I don't watch ChessTV and the constant alert in the main bar is annoying as hell.

We have now installed the code needed so that anyone in this group should have access. If you are part of this group and still can't access v3 using the link in the footer, please leave a comment here so we can troubleshoot. I mostly work with Version 2 but I switch over to V3 to explore it and try to learn it. I look around, check my games, look at forums, etc. and then consistently can't wait to get back to V2. I find V2 to have everything I need and it mostly presents it in a way that I can find things. V3 has too many moving parts within pages, and the over-use icons is terrible for usability. Granted that there seem to be some improved "features" but I don't see why they can't be incorporated into V2. Seems to me that the emphasis is on "design" and not on providing the user with easy access to the features and information that they need. It is a common problem with recent trends in web design. Designers need to stop designing to impress other designers and start designing for users. I find that V2 works well and I would not object to gradual, incremental updating the design, but this complete change in design philosophy does not make sense to me. So that's my 2-cents worth.

Can we please, please have group/club content in the mobile app!? Without it I will not renew my subscription, as V3 is just too awkward to use on mobile browsers. One cannot, for example, simply request desktop top version, like before: it makes no difference.

Have other people noticed the problem in V3 at the moment where often if you try to select text, it selects the wrong text?

Yesterday, I had occasion to remove myself from a group in which I was an administrator. I tried to do this in V3, but I couldn't find the option. In the place where it normally says "quit group" (that is, in group settings), it said "disable club" instead. I ended up returning to V2 to do it. Is it even possible to do in V3? Also, I could not figure out how to demote myself like I can in V2. Is that possible?

Just noticed that as an admin, I can post to locked threads in V3 (but not in V2). Feels more like a feature than a bug. On the other hand, if this is a feature, then I should be also able to edit my posts in the locked threads in groups where I am an admin, but V3 does not let me do this. However, there is an 'Edit' link in V2 on such posts; that link does not do anything useful in V2, but copying and pasting it into V3 allows me to edit these posts. Might be a good idea to make it into a feature (assuming that the ability to post in locked threads is intentionally given to admins).

I just tried several times to block a user in V3. When I entered the name the list flickered, but the name was not added. (I was able to block the user first time in V2).

A few months ago I sent in a suggestion on how to make it easier to access my own blog. Here is a picture explaining it This would take you directly to the list of your blog posts, not to all blogs like it does when you hover on "Share" and then click on "blogs". Another great idea is the option to have the "my blog box" on your home page, say on the right side where new game, friends and clubs can be found. This would work better if we could sort the boxes on the home page (which box we want to see where and how big it should be etc.) I would also like to see my drafts in the "my blog box" if I have the box on my home page, this would of course be an option. Give feedback on this and come with you own ideas

Hello I've noticed that a match page in V3 has been changed by placing list of games in a subpage. When you get to a match page, neither you can see the score of the match nor you can see the boards (the players participating in the match), but you can see comments instead, sometimes comments of those who don't even participate in the match. I believe that the match comments have much much less priority in comparison with the score and the boards. When I'm on a match page, in order to see the boards I have to click on the 'Games' link which leads to a separate page and the page reloads. That's extremely uncomfortable and I don't see any reason why comments have higher priority to the score and the boards when it has to be vice versa. At the end of the day, a match page is about the game and not about comments, it's not a forum page. Best regards, Sergiy

For quite a while now in V3, some of the time when I use the left icon menu to attempt to access the general forums , I get a 500 error message. When it happens, repeated attempts give the same error message. Other times, the menu and the forums work fine. My only workaround for this bug is to go back to V2.
