This may not be an issue for most people, but for me it's a major one. I write fairly long articles that extend way down the page.  I often change font color.  When I select text and click on the new font color (actually, it happens in I select "bold" or any other text attribute), the text does change but the cursor jumps to the top of the page (which scrolls up with the cursor) and I have to search from my place. Since I alter the text dozens of times in a single article, this becomes very annoying, very time-consuming, very quickly.   I have sent in several bug reports on this over the past several months, but to no avail.

When I try to post a puzzle the screen turns blank. What should I do?

Hi Almost everyone know now that I really prefer v3. Its great. But I do come accross some things that I would like to implement every day. This time is the view of members in a fast view. Lets illustrate it below. This example is a group called Valhalla. I can see who are the admins in the group. But Would like to have a view of the members in a fast view. Below the admins. I know I can click on the right side bla bla bla to look. But online members in a fast view could be great. We can do this in v2.

I tried (elsewhere) to compose a post with bullets on various indentation levels. They all collapsed to the left. Hey why there is any vote chess game of chess.com V3?

This first post will be updated to reflect feedback Last update: 11/21 Chess.com is in many way a social site. When I log-in, I like to immediatly see who of my friends are online. Maybe I will PM them, maybe I will post to a group where they are member, etc. V3 has, in some ways, degraded the social aspects but it might be easy to enhance? A) Group Home Page: The friendly faces (avatars) of newly joined members as well as the hightest rated members of the club no longer appear on group home page. In addition, match statistics and vote chess statistics no longer appears. Furthermore, the "Admins" appears below Group section, match section and vote chess section as is generally not viewable without scrolling. Groups are foremost about people, so this is a sad loss. But it should be possible to improve the V3 layout? V2 V3 (Admins not visible without scrolling. No recent or highest rated members or match statistics). B) Home page It used to be easy to see who of your friends were online. Now, with just a few notifications, the "Friends" section is below what you see and you have to scroll. Could the "Friends" section be moved up as the 1st or 2nd item (at least for the classic mode)? V2 V3 (classic mode)

No idea why this is not implemented yet.

I can't view other people's game archives like I used to before. Was there a change or a different place to view others' archives? That would be terrible if we can't view other people's archives.

This same bug were it freezes up the Vote chess for the last three weeks.

Hi This sounds kind of akward. Sometimes in my groups I want to send thropy to thoose that have participated in a big match. But the option with tools/Action Icons are missing for members when I have my mouse over their names in the lineup. I would like every options to show........ Now I have to click on the name go back and forward in order to do this task. Illustration below.: Here is a normal LINEUP! Wich looks ok. BUT HERE WHEN I HAVE MY MOUSE OVER THE MEMBER I dont have the option for all "Tools" We can only have Challenge. send message, add or remove as friend and game archive. I would like to have all the Options attached to the members when I look in the lineup. Like below.

I cant see the table in the game explorer and the opening explorer is there a bug?

On the Home Page, is it possible to make the "Activity" section, showing things we follow, collapsible or at least to make "My Activity" the default. And once you click on "My Activity," is there a clear and simple way to get back to the followed activity?

Do we need to use the save button or are notes saved automatically?

We would like to add the option to show pieces in annotation. We've had some debate on whether it is better to show all white pieces in the move list, as is often shown in chess books, or whether we should show white pieces for white moves and black pieces for black moves, as is done on some chess applications. What do you think? Option A - White Pieces   Option B - White/Black Pieces

I tried using Opening Explorer in v3, and the ACO classifications no longer show up on the main screen, or the page for each opening line. Is there a reason why this was removed?

In List View, I see only 10 games. I'm currently playing 11 games. How do I display all 11 games?

Some friends of mine recently discovered an issue with the V3 TM system. They run regular TM tournaments between clubs, so this is very important for them. In V3, it is impossible to view TMs that are open for registration between two groups of which you are not a member. When you go to the club's TMs page, you only see ongoing and completed matches. Further, even if you have been provided a link directly to the match, you cannot view it, and are redirected to the homepage of one of the clubs. This is making it very difficult for them to moderate the tournaments they run. One of the admin's is trying to switch to V3, but has to use V2 to work around this problem. The other claims he has "chained himself to the V2 server" because of issues like this. I would appreciate it if a fix could be made. They can't possibly be the only ones who need this functionality!
