What new Chess.com bots sould yall think they could add?

I guess it should be a great idea cuz many players get timeout in daily games just because of no vacation thing or even when they have vacation sometimes they forget to move and they lose a lot of games same thing happened to me and I lost many winning daily games... I am little bit sad about it but not sad enough cuz in the 1st hand I sacrificed the Daily Games rating and on 2nd hand I got U15 1st rank in my OTB lol

A ton of achievements are bugged and either require staff to give manually, or are outright impossible to get even with staff intervention (Staff tried unlocking the games played achievements for Crazyhouse and 3-check and wasn't able to). In addition to bug-fixing for existing achievements, there haven't been any new achievements in the past couple of years despite all of the new features that have been released. A few that I'd recommend adding: - Linking Twitch, Discord, and Google accounts - Beating a certain number of the default bots - Beating all of the bots in each category (Beat all coach bots, Adaptive, beginner, intermediate, etc.) - Number of crowns earned from beating bots (this could replace the previous two suggestions) (could be progressive) - Winning a certain number of arenas/tournaments (could be progressive) - Checkmating via En Passant - Playing someone from every country (I'm aware there's an easy way to cheese this, but still could be fun for people trying to do it legitimately) - Achievements for checking out all of the different features on the website (e.g. library, solo chess, etc.) - A progressive award for reaching certain streak milestones I might update this post with more ideas if I think of them but this is what comes to mind immediately As per @TheLeftWayOfChess 's suggestion: - An achievement for winning a game in each of the available variants (I'm aware the variants server is separate from the live server where the achievements are tied, but it would help with 4P chess not linking up with its respective achievements to address)

Hello. There are problems with notifications on the site, which is why I lost 18 games in time. I did not receive any reminders either by email or on the website. Is it possible to restore them? For the same reason, one of my teammates (which I know of and who also suffered from this problem) also lost by time in one game. The problem also concerns notifications for Vote Chess - they do not arrive either. There are also periodic problems with notifications on subscribed forum topics - they don’t arrive at all! This is especially important for tournaments. Please fix these bugs. I'm waiting for your answer... And return the previous feedback form to the support service, please! So that I can email directly. I wrote through a bot on the site earlier, but I can’t see the message I sent! Indicated my email... I don’t like this kind of communication at all. I want to change my username to "MeercatsForMayor"  I want to capitalize the F, however chess.com won't let me do that because it thinks it's the same username. If staff can manually change it or tell me how that would be great!

There are many of these clubs like chess.com-india, chess.com- polska, chess.com- turkiye and many more  So why isnt there any of pakistan?  It would be amazing if @chesscom makes this club  Also make me SA if the club is made, because of the idea

I accidentally closed an account of mine, and I tried contacting the support email to reopen it, but it simply said:  And when I tried to contact support from there, I got a useless reply: (There's absolutely nothing in my junk or spam folders.) Until a few months ago, if you went to a player’s profile and clicked on either their Daily or Daily 960 stats, it would show their 90 day time-out percentage. This was very useful for admins to determine the likelihood of them timing out in an upcoming match. If it was over 25%, they would often be removed from the roster. Now, for some unknown reason, the player’s Daily and Daily 960 percentages are separated. A player can have an appalling Daily time-out percentage, and a clean  Daily 960 record, simply because they haven’t played any 960 games in the last 90 days (or visa versa). This creates a horrible dilemma (and extra investigation) for admins who are trying to keep club matches free of time-out distortion. Hopefully this separated 90 day percentage will be restored to it’s previous simplicity.

I already knew about this and reported it several times, but it still hasn't been fixed and there are even people who are abusing it. I won't tell people how to do it publicly, but if you're an admin I'll give you the code.

Chess.com should have optional logos for the app. 3. When it says 404 there should be somewhere to play a game to wait. Thank you

Maybe you could create a setting to know if the user is suspicious or something by seeing if they've been reported recently.just an idea

I think that we should have more rapid arenas 10 minutes rated and have more cool backgrounds to choose from

When a new team match in daily format has been created, I get a message from CHESScom informing me about this, which is fine. But if I am a member of both teams in this match, I get this message twice, although I cannot join for obvious reasons. (It is not allowed to be in both teams.) It would still be nice if I would still get this notification, but once would be sufficient. And the button „View the Match and Join“ could be better named as „View the Match“.

Hello! I got 2 ideas chess.com should add abt customizing the chessboard and pieces.  I would love if these 2 variants would be added, and I would use them. It woul make playing for me and I hope for you too alot more comfortable and cozier.  1st option: The "Back to school" easter egg bots customizing. I very like the chessboard and chess pieces when you play with Eugene or others. Look: I very like the desing, and if you would add the desgin to settings also, I'd use it. You could call it drawing, paper or sketch.  2nd option I'd like to see, is custom. You could be able to uplod your own designed chess board customication. It could look like this: When you choose the customize the chess board, it could ask you a picture for white square, and then a picture for the dark square. And for the chess pieces, it could ask for every chess piece both dark and white.  That would please many players i think, because many ppl also use custom backgrounds.  Please add one of these ideas, atleast in the beta please, I'd love so much to see these options. Id use both of them. If you add it to beta you can see how people react to it, but i think the custom chess board and pieces wont be bad, neither the "back to school" design. Also if you like the idea or not, feel free to drop a reaction and comment down your opinion. Every opinion is welcome! Thank you!

My opponent has 0,7 seconds and i have 0.8 but i lost on time even though i premoved every move and my opponent ended the game with 1 second but it is not an increment game can anyone explain me why?
