Legend. The highest division of all, reserved for the best of players -  What do you mean 500's can get in?  I, personally believe the divisions need re-working. The current system makes sense, if you play often you should get in. However, towards the higher divisions, players intentionally grind all day, to rank up.  I have been on this journey myself, and I got into legend division by getting over 1.7k points!  However, I feel this system, has gotten slightly out of hand. One should not be scared to leave their room, play sports or talk to their family, because they are trying to rank up.  While those examples were slightly exaggerated, I feel a reasonable quantity of people may experience something similar.  Lower ranked players might be encouraged to sandbag to get easier games, the point of the system is falling out, and I'm lost.  So, I have a proposition.  Let's look at who you are playing. Oh, you're playing me in bullet! I just ranked up to 1600 . Take away the two numbers at the back, and look at the number you have. If you beat them, that how many points you get. I do understand that bullet, blitz and rapid acquire different points as you require more or less time, so we could multiply it by the current measurements.  Please understand I don't hate on the system but I believe that maybe the system could be improved to not just focusing on being consistent, but also trying to improve.  I do understand that making multiple accounts could exploit this trick, but I feel a 1000 beating a 2100 hundreds of times in a row. Who beat a 1500 hundreds of times in a row. Who beat the same 1000...  Please leave your suggestions below

All of a sudden, Vote Chess has become very buggy and I don't know why. First, when there is a tie vote, the moves are not showing up in the right order of who voted first. The most recently voted move is supposed to be on top because that's the move that gets played. But for some reason, that's not always what's happening. Second, the players who voted for a specific move do not always appear when I click on that move. Sometimes the list does appear, but other times it's blank. What the heck is with all the bugs?
Hello to all members of the Chess.com Feedback Club and especially to the Chess.com Staff. First of all, let me introduce myself, since I signed up on Chess.com I quickly became known as the Admin of various Clubs and Leagues. I'm Admin of a National Team, “Team Italia”, and I represents Italy in Vote Chess World Championship, and I'm Co-Responsible of Daily in Team Italia. I'm also admin of League TCMAC, one of the biggest Daily Leagues on Chess.com and the largest ever in Italy. I'm also admin of a lot of small Clubs such as “Legio I Italica”, “Ripartiamo da Tre” and “Gli chessisti Italiani”, as well as of the "Rome" Club, which participates in the World Cities League. Lastly, I am also Admin in the "Friends Uniting Against Mental Illness" Club, where I take care of Vote Chess. In short, all this to say that I have some experience as an Admin, particularly in Vote Chess, in fact with my Clubs I participate in important Vote Chess Tournaments such as the Vote Chess World Cup (with Team Italia in division A) and the 1WL Vote Chess Championship 2024. And as a result I'm noticing several facts that make the experience with Vote Chess less beautiful and more difficult to manage for us Admins. I believe that Vote Chess is in fact one of the most beautiful and exciting game modes that Chess.com has created, in fact it develops interaction and team play skills. Despite this there are several aspects to improve. First of all the fact that if a Chess.com member is Admin in two Clubs that have to compete with each other, to launch the challenge he must leave one of the two Clubs, and then re-enter once the challenge has been launched and be promoted Admin again. I think this is the biggest problem, the others are just suggestions that would improve the experience. In my opinion, an addition that should be made to Vote Chess is to give the Admins and Super Admins (not the Coordinators) the possibility of eliminating the votes of some members who may have voted by mistake or intentionally for the wrong moves for the Team, thus influencing the game, today if a player votes for harmful moves we are forced to threaten him with silencing or expulsion, however with this addition the Admins will simply have to cancel the vote and ask the player to be more careful. Another interesting addition would be to put a setting that allows Admins to set a time after which the Vote opens, let me explain better: if we are playing a 3-day/move Vote Chess game, in many clubs it is decided to allocate the first two days to discussion and the third to voting, the problem is that many players vote first without reading the discussion chat, thus voting for moves that are not always correct, if instead the Admins had a setting like the one I talked about , it would be enough to set that for the first 48 hours voting is closed and no one can vote. One last very important problem is that of notifications, here's what I'm talking about: sometimes it happens that you have little time to watch a Vote Chess game and therefore members discard or delete the initial notification in which Chess.com warns that it's up to the our team to vote, but then they don't remember to open the vote chess game, thus not being able to vote or discuss, instead I recommend putting one notification per day, for example, there is the notification "it's up to you to play", then after 24 hours another notification could arrive "only 48 hours left" (clearly this if we are talking about a 3 day/move game) and so on... These are some useful tips, in my opinion. I hope to see them in practice soon and in any case I await feedback from the Chess.com staff. Cordially,@UgoOjetti
It would need to be clear when a comment has been edited. Otherwise, a rogue SA in a club could abuse this power to make a random club member say something bad to try to get them in trouble with the site.  But, for example: Person A says: “Nf3 is the best move!” Person B quotes that comment of person A: “No, Nf3 is a blunder. The bishop on h5 will capture that free knight. So the best move is O-O.” Then, when person A edits his comment to “O-O is the best move!”, the comment by person A in person B's quote is still “Nf3 is the best move!”. We can detect editing comments by that way. If an edited comment doesn't have a quote, then chess.com should fix it.

I now have two violations for spamming on my record because I was trying to edit a comment that was not formatting correctly. I was not posting the same comment twice, I was only editing my comment, by trying to add the in-line enters that were not showing up. The system did not recognize this change and gave me this message twice.
I think it would be a good idea to implement our puzzle battle history on the main page of our user, at least put our rankings and that the puzzle battle games will be considered for the universal number of puzzles made as well as the puzzle rush and normal puzzles, What do you think?

I think 4PC should be added to the variants in chess.com/play/online.

I believe people should be able to private their clubs. Sometimes. People don't want to share their info. Not only that, but certain trolls on the site can follow people into clubs and bother them. Even if they were blocked. This is why I believe we should private our clubs.
It's aggravating when my club needs a daily match and sometimes, I resort to the open seeks and some club with like five members in it (if even that) accepts the open seek while my club has hundreds. If I want as many in my club as possible to play then I will leave the maximum number of players that can play in the match open and it will turn out that one side has like two members (some will put up NONE!) and then I have like 40. Now don't get this confused with the minimum or maximum a club a has to put up after they accept the match, I'm talking about the total members in the entire club. One can try to get around this problem by asking in the title that only clubs with a membership range accept the match but many times those accepting won't care, such behavior is usually from new members to daily matches that don't understand what they're doing. Of course, it can work the other way too, where a very big club for some reason decides to accept a match from a very small club and then the imbalance is there too. It would be a lot better if chess.com had an option where no club can accept a match in the open seeks if they don't meet a maximum and/or minimum number of members in their club.

I feel like some people go on vacation to avoid losing the game quickly and make the other person bored and resign. I feel like maybe it’s a good idea to make people write a form about why they would go on vacation. Then the reviewer checks the look of the game, and the form, and, if accepted, they get to go on vacation. If not accepted, they would have to play the game as normal.
If someone has bought a 1 month Diamond membership, then buys a 1 year Diamond membership, the 1 month membership gets deleted and you don't get a refund. I suggest that in a case like this, that you guys make them stack so that our money doesn't go to waste. I had a 1 month Diamond membership that was going to renew on april 16 I think, but now it says it will renew on march 30 2025 instead of april 16 2025...
