rules: normal chess but with a spell named protector that protects a piece when its not protected. contents: 4 protectors and all pieces of standard chess,

make the spells' areas larger for an optional choice.we all know spells is 1x1 and 3x3,but why is it a must?so can we make this larger or smaller in submissions?

All pieces must move the max amount of moves possible.

Normally Chaturaji is on a 8x8 board but in this variant the board is 14 x 14! I call it “Trenches” it is a 2 - bot and 2 player FFA game. For you to attack your enemy you will have to go through the 2 f-munchers’ pieces. Seargents promote in the 7th rank (It says 9th rank because it bugged and I had to fix it.) It is a quicker version of the original concept, which was too long and sometimes boring. The game is similar to King of the Hill but the King has to go to the side of the board to win. The game is called "Corner on the Hill"

I believe it would be an improvement in Chess.com for all ratings that have a Glicko RD over 100 (or whichever value is used for determining provisional ratings) to be marked with a (?), not just the ratings that have been determined by a low number of games, and for ratings with a (?) to be excluded from the leaderboards. That way, ratings that can not accurately represent or determine a player's actual skill level (for example, a 3000 rating of a player that solely accumulates rating by playing opponents under 1500) are indicated clearly, and can be differentiated from the ratings that can accurately determine a player's skill level. While some may argue that a player with an extremely high skill level and rating, when playing against an opponent, will be guaranteed to result in a Glicko RD increase, potentially to above the proposed threshold, such a result is almost certainly preventable with the use of the Rating Range feature and setting the lower bound to -300, -200, -100, or even -50, while playing rated. While the application of a rating range to prevent Glicko RD increase in one's variant seeks may result in longer wait times, for those that desire to play variants without a long wait, there exists another option: the Casual option combined with a negative infinity Rating Range lower bound can prevent the Glicko RD increase while keeping wait times within a reasonable range. Here is the next bad idea from the endless fountain of them that is my brain. What if you could create series of games? For example after you win or lose to somebody in Crazy house you would both instantly start playing each other in 3+. There are a lot of other features that could be added to this, but this is the base idea. You could play through playlists made by other people, sort of like YouTube. Thoughts?

Dear CGA team members, My friend (@KTL-taminhquang140514) and I thought of a new chess variant. It's called Gravachess. This is simply chess, but there is gravity. You have options to choose the directions where the pieces are supposed to fall. Then, after each move, from both teams, all of the chess pieces must fall to that side of the board. If a chess piece touch the edge of the board, or touch another chess piece, they stop. I put a variant up, I think others should be able to see it. It's a custom Crazyhouse position with four 6x6 boards. I was wondering if anyone would like to play or to give feedback.

I'm still thinking on what to name it so i'm open to suggestions! Anyways here is what i've got so far! It would be so cool to have this be a official varient someday!

whats the point? this will be a regular game of chess but the only difference is that you can  get back  pieces 3 times  that are captured exept the king ofc
