My USCF membership expired a couple of days ago, and I'm just now logging into chess.com for the first time since that happened. When I logged in, I found that I was no longer in this club and had to resubmit my application to join. Super strange. Has this happened to anyone else in the past?

I can't find any really good online sources on how to play the 4.e3 Nimzo-Indian from the white side. Anyone here have that in their repertoire? If so, I'd love any advice you can give me.

Back in 1985 ish, I played in my first chess tournament, and got a USCF rating of 1775 ish. I stopped playing soon after. Then in the last few years I started playing chess again and with alot of work and suffering I got back up to a rating of 1100. So is that just because Ive become stupid, or ratings massively changed, or what?

Any recommendations for playing against this opening? It looks very solid when observing it from the engine, but I was curious to see if there are any gambits or traps within this opening. I usually just play nf6 and it transposes into a London system.

I prefer listening to The Rolling Stones, Black Sabbath, and Frank Sinatra while playing. I know they are way out of my generation, but I have to say that some classics are pretty fun to listen to while playing.
