yes, it is unrated and you can use the spy in the same way

The Spy can move like a queen and is transparent to friendly pieces. The Spy can move through and land on friendly pieces. While the Spy is 'possessing' a piece, it can move like a jumping Queen/Knight. The Spy and any piece that possesses it can only capture the opponent's Queen.
