Who does not like windmills?

ArgoNavis

I'm always glad to have the opportunity to speak openly, without fear of Mr. Ilikewindmills twisting my words in a termagant attempt to cheat on taxes. The nitty-gritty of what I'm about to write is this: It may not be easy to remove the misunderstanding that he has created in the minds of myriad people throughout the world, but it can be done. And it needs to be done. And we must always remember that it's not necessarily difficult to challenge rather than accommodate the mainstream's presuppositions. We can begin simply by clearing the cobwebs out of people's heads and helping them understand that he demonstrates a terrible, inaccurate, even moonstruck, misuse of history with his brutish overgeneralizations. See? I told you it wasn't necessarily difficult. We just need to remember that from the perspective of those inside Ilikewindmills's brotherhood of ghastly simps, Ilikewindmills is entitled to take control of a nation and suck it dry. The reality, however, is that by allowing Ilikewindmills to revive the ruinous excess of a bygone era to bounce and blow amidst the ruinous excess of the present era we are selling our souls for dross. Instead, we should be striving to provide you with a holistic and thematic history of his illiberal dissertations.

Those who have most injured and oppressed humanity, who have most deeply sinned against it, are, according to Ilikewindmills's standards and conscience, good people. Apparently, bad people are those who have noticed that according to Ilikewindmills, his monographs are Right with a capital R. He might as well be reading tea leaves or tossing chicken bones on the floor for divination about what's true and what isn't. Maybe then Ilikewindmills would realize that if history follows its course, it should be evident that he seizes every opportunity to deface a social fabric that was already deteriorating. I cannot believe this colossal clownishness. Any sane person knows that I find that I am embarrassed. I am embarrassed that some people just don't realize that Ilikewindmills's codices are a conduit that funnels militant thoughts into the heads of censorious storytellers. There are several logical contradictions in his position on this matter. For example, Ilikewindmills's favorite avocation is to create widespread hysteria. But let's not lose sight of the larger, more important issue here: Ilikewindmills's rude ethics.

Almost everyone will wholeheartedly agree that Ilikewindmills's flunkies are so ready to label everyone Ilikewindmills doesn't like as a racist, sexist, fascist, communist, or some equally terrible “-ist” that their traducements are laughable, but some of Ilikewindmills's collaborators were kind enough to provide a locus classicus for Ilikewindmills's true intentions. They wrote, “Ilikewindmills told us that what he wants more than anything else is to peddle the snake oil of nefarious mandarinism.” I don't know about you, but that tells me that like a verbal magician, Ilikewindmills knows how to lie without appearing to be lying, how to bury secrets in mountains of garbage-speak. In closing, Mr. Ilikewindmills's missives are not modeled on democracy as envisaged by philosophers of the Enlightenment but on the anti-democratic principles of Pyrrhonism.

Cat-Balloon

as chessplayers go, he sounds nice from the king of sheds description. the acid test of character though is if he likes cats and ducks.

Bilbo21

Pulp, your response is too long (even if accurate).  In future please don't waste anyone's time making us read through all that.  Thanks.

Good grief. You're saying that his codpieces are a codicil for funnels of censorious conduits on the Cunard Line. If true, that's a white stain on an unblemished character.

There's an unwritten rule in chess.com that every thread must descend into chaos by post #12.

If it hasn't been locked by then.

tldr. I'm sure I'm not alone for this one.

You can easily tell it's a computer generated rant by the second sentence.

ArgoNavis

Don't be afraid of chaos. Embrace it.

Oh, you can tell sooner than that.

Too much ego, but I still like windmills and wingbills

I was being generous.  First sentence to spark "this is fishy" warnings, second to confirm definitively.
