How did you choose your profile photo?

There was once a similar topic about the names we use on this site.So,I can see many of the members use their own photo,but others(like me) don't.Why did you choose this specific photo to accompany your (nick)name?How did you think when you chose it?Which ones do you like most among the other members' photos?

I like the 'funny' ones , like one has a dressed up dog .

I took a photo of the symbol of my city,Thessaloniki.It is called "Λευκός Πύργος" in Greek,"white tower" in English.So,I decided to show where I am from.You may have seen it in tourist guides about Greece.

i don't like anybodies prof. photo but my own. i chose it because i'm inspired by the charming little retard.

I always wanted to be king.

I feel fortunate to have my wife whom I dearly love.  Hence the name and photo.

We really have some of the smartest and best-trained Labs in the southeast.  When I get in trouble I let Drake take over.  It only seems fair to let people know who they are truly up against.

Cause I thought it was cute (it's my hand & my cat Scruff as a kitten - who's now a huge fellow at 14 pounds, not fat, just big!).

I picked this non-very-flattering photo because I think it has an enigmatic expression that probably can work with any comment I anticipate making. (I hope you don't you think it looks unpleasant because, well, sorry, but that's as pleasant as I look.) Also, I took this photo with Photo Booth while enjoying a particularly fine day at our local bistro. Pleasant memory!

Then for a while, I got identity-theft jumpy, pulled my photo and name, and used a photo of an Isle of Lewis chess piece. But then I decided that wasn't so friendly, so I'm back to this.

My photo is of a pair of interacting galaxies. I am interested in the dynamics of galaxies and this photo shows how entertaining gravity can be if left to its own devices.

Stokely Carmichael is my idol. And I either chose him or Malcom X for most all of my photos.
