Stats in chess.com

I'm a numbers nerd. I like to look at my "stats". When I have a run of good play (or good fortune), I like to see how many days, and how many games, it's been since my rating last reached that level.

Just yesterday…no can do.

I can't perform a search, say for games between two specified dates. I can only see my five most recent games.

Any idea why they changed the function of the "Stats"? This is a major bummer.

I know that a revision of stats pages is in progress. You might want to join the beta group and let them know your thoughts.

You can still go into your archive and search.

Thanks. This Archive isn't as flexible as the previous Stats pages (it doesn't seem to allow one to search on game type [Bullet vs. Blitz vs. Rapid vs. Bughouse, etc.]), but at least my games aren't lost to the ether.

Sure it does.

And allows you to search by rating, opening, type of win or lose (checkmate/timeout/abandonment/resignation) and many other categories.

The old stats page had a link to open the archive already filtered to game type. It has been reported in the beta that the new stats don't have that yet, so I imagine that is coming back at some point.

But going directly to the archive is a workaround until that is modified.

That's not what I see.

None of the menu options allows me to select by game type.

How do I join up with the Beta?

Change All Recent Games to Live Games

When you do that there will be a checkbox that says All Live Types; uncheck it and choose the one you are interested in, change any other search parameters  you are interested in and then hit Search.

Thank you. It is well hidden!
