To start with, you are under no obligation to play any "mass murderers" you may be paired with. Just abort the game if it bothers you so much.
Realize that many thousands of Russians are protesting against the war. There is no reason to think that any random Russian you may play has any personal responsibility for the war.
Just because someone has chosen to use the Russian flag on this site doesn't mean they are actually Russian.
Chess.com is not in charge of policing the morality of all the nations that are currently committing atrocities against other nations--and it is a long list--by punishing individuals from those nations.
Remember that the Netherlands, as a member of NATO, participated in the "peacekeeping" in Afghanistan for years, killing thousands of innocent civilians. By your standards this makes YOU a mass murderer.
