Um id guess like 1900 (white) and 1700 (black) but it probably depends on the time limit of the game. They both definitely understand tactics well and their openings are more interesting than you would see at the lower level. But I have seen similar play at that rating range so that's my guess.

Ah, 1450 or so for black, 1675 for white.
It is kind of hard to tell with that opening, White is evidently the stronger player. Does anyone remember what the book refutation is? I remember that it starts with 6. Qe2+, but it seems like the kind of thing that has to be specifically learned at the club level.
I was going to say 1600 and 1400. But Horrible Tomato probably guessed even better.
Well, they play better than I do! I'd guess White is 1800 and Black is 1600.

c7 pressure, creative and demanding responses and lack of inaccuracies by white suggests class A 1800
lack of initiative, static play with minimal threats, seemingly less depth of understanding by black; mid class C 1500; perhaps though it's quite the opposite and the very reason you posted an "upset"; besides white's play looks suspiciously accurate i.e. engine. who knows, just tell us, it's been a month. Ratings are not the end all be all unless you are top ten.

It was a trick. The people playing were kids.
Yeah most kids are way underrated but to find out we underestimated them by 400 points is still slightly shocking.
Well, is it common for a 1400 to draw 2 experts, with missed wins in both of them, and a obvious advantage in one?
Hi, I was wondering how good people where at guessing the rating of the players of a game, so I wanted to show a game I found so people can guess white's and black's ratings are. So here is the game:
